Here is the link to the car that I mentioned that will be auctioned. It was not a split convertible. I had heard this from someone else but that was not correct. Lets see what the hammer price on this will be.
Both Steve P and Bill B went to the Hessisch Oldendorf show Germany this past summer. Bill went thru Belgium and then participated with the BBT Convoy to Hessisch. Steve and his dad flew to Berlin and drove to the show.
There are 2 different perspectives on this show and these trips will be discussed over the next 4 Gateway VW Club meetings, November 2013 thru April 2014.
