The rain started about 9:00 am on Saturday and did not let up until about 1:00 pm. There were many people turned off by the rain - further complaints that it rains every year at the event.
After lunch, the sun came out and dried everything up. My main video camera had moisture in it from rain. So I had to use another digital camera to capture the parade. I thought the parade was over at one point so I stopped recording. Then more cars came - so I recorded the 2nd part - which is much longer.
